Our Approach
We take a different approach to many other serviced-accommodation companies. Rather than presenting a portfolio of properties to clients and saying, ‘Pick one’, we work closely with them to find out exactly what they need. Then go out and handpick the most suitable accommodation. This means no one is paying for anything that is surplus to requirements. We aim to procure the necessary properties as quickly as possible and, depending on the circumstances, can operate them as if they were a hotel, with guests checking in and out – the objective being to maximise occupancy.
Our Story
Collectively, our team has more than five decades of experience in the property and serviced-accommodation sectors. In 2020, with the arrival of the global pandemic, the world as we knew it changed. While it’s a year most people would rather forget, for us, it actually sparked inspiration. We saw it as an opportunity to take stock and, while business travel was suspended for a while, it gave us the time to focus on where we wanted to be as a company, and how we would get there. We reassessed, rejigged, rebranded and relaunched to become… The Corporate Housing Partnership.
Our Ethos
We recognise that no two clients are the same. There are countless reasons why different clients may require our services, and it’s our job to listen, understand and deliver what they need. Whilst there are a handful of business sectors that we typically work with to provide corporate accommodation, we are open to supporting any organisation with such a need. That’s just us: flexible, obliging and, above all, accommodating.
