Most of the property maintenance work goes on behind the scenes, to ensure the residences we are putting guests up in are of the highest standard. When the properties are unoccupied, the team fixes whatever needs fixing, so our guests’ stays remain uninterrupted by pesky maintenance issues.
… And Reactive
Having said that, sometimes unexpected problems arise. Tripping fuse boxes, broken boilers and malfunctioning dishwashers are just part of life. In such an instance, our team will respond quickly, efficiently and professionally to sort the issue. We work around guests so that their stay remains as undisturbed as possible.
Safety First
Safety is no accident. Multiple risk assessments are carried out on each of the properties in order to ensure optimum safety for guests. Health and safety is considered, as is fire safety, gas safety and water safety.
