We provide a full housekeeping service, which includes a top-to-bottom clean as frequently as is required – we recommend once a week. Each member of our Housekeeping team is trained to work to exceptionally high standards with an excellent attention to detail.
Fresh Bed Linen
and Towels
Fully laundered bed linen and towels come as standard in every property. Depending on budget requirements, they can range from no-frills functional to high-thread-count-Egyptian-cotton fancy. If toiletries are needed (either basic or lavish, but always good quality), we provide those too – plus restock them when necessary.
You Want More
(or Less)?
We are happy to offer additional service cleans if required – even daily if that’s what the guest desires. Or, conversely, if they feel that a once-a-week clean is too frequent, we can adapt this to suit them. And if extra bed linen and towels are needed, just let us know and we’ll happily provide them.
Keeping Safe
Rest assured that we always follow the necessary COVID-19 cleaning procedures and regulations. The correct PPE is worn and guidelines are strictly followed. Our cleaning standards – as with all of our standards – are first-rate, and keeping our guests safe is of the utmost importance.
