Giving the Right Treatment
The medical treatment someone requires won’t always be on their doorstep. Many patients will need to temporarily relocate to be close to a hospital that specialises in their condition. The Corporate Housing Partnership will put patients and their families up in a comfortable, homely property to make their road to recovery that much smoother.
Quality of Life
Receiving medical treatment can be an extremely gruelling time – physically, mentally and emotionally. Patients will want a comfy bed, a cosy atmosphere and all other manner of creature comforts. These people are already going through enough; the last thing they need now are scratchy blankets and drafty windows. Allow us to make them feel snug and safe.
Whatever They Need
We will tailor the accommodation to suit the patients’ needs – whether that means finding somewhere with a walk-in bath, a place with no stairs or a house with a driveway so they don’t have far to walk to the front door. We can also arrange things like a personal safety device for added peace of mind, or transport to and from the hospital to remove the hassle factor.
Getting Together
Moving away from your home to an unknown place – particularly when you’re ill and the future is uncertain – can be a lonely time. If it’s appropriate, we will happily arrange meet-ups such as coffee mornings with fellow outpatients who are staying nearby in a different Corporate Housing Partnership property. A cuppa and a chat can work wonders to lift someone’s spirits.
Healthcare Professionals
It’s not just patients and their families that we accommodate. We can also house healthcare professionals, who may need somewhere to stay during a training course, a procedure they are carrying out or a placement in a certain hospital. Whoever it is that we are finding a temporary home for, rest assured that our bedside manner is exceptional.
