Before arrival, we confirm any specific requirements so properties are prepared in line with individual circumstances and company policies. During the stay, planned housekeeping and any essential access are always communicated in advance, with work carried out discreetly and professionally. The only exception is in the unlikely event of an emergency, where guest safety comes first.
Maintenance
Every TCHP property is selected to meet a dependable standard for comfort, functionality and professional living. That means well-appointed spaces, quality furnishings and the practical amenities guests need to rest well and work effectively.
Our partners maintain properties to agreed standards, and any issues raised by guests or bookers are handled promptly through our single point of contact. We manage resolutions end to end, so you don’t have to chase multiple suppliers.
