Housekeeping

Supreme service is at the centre of everything we do. No request is too big or small. Just ask, and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs. You want us to arrange car hire? No problem! You need more ink for the printer? You got it! You’d like a sunset cruise around the harbour? Of course!

We appreciate that every guest will have specific requirements unique to their own circumstances, and our impressive service begins before you’ve even set foot inside a StarHost property. Before you arrive, we will ask if there’s anything you’d like to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Preparation is key. As is courtesy. Depending on the length of your stay, we may need to service the property whilst you’re there, whether it’s housekeeping or a maintenance issue. Rest assured, our team will always be professional, discreet and polite. We’ll never show up unannounced, except in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Maintenance

All StarHost properties come with one thing as standard: creature comforts. That means cosy beds, soft bedlinen, fluffy towels, stylish furnishings and all mod cons. You may just feel like you’re staying in a luxury hotel. We stop at nothing to ensure that our guests are comfortable and well-rested during their stay. Note: we take no responsibility for you oversleeping and missing your 8am meeting.

Guest Services

We take the safety of our guests extremely seriously. Our properties are maintained to the highest standards and routinely safety checked. We follow the latest COVID-19 cleaning protocols, going above and beyond what would be considered best practice. Because safety is no accident.
