We offer an extensive range of services to our clients – before, during and, if necessary, after their stay in one of our properties.

Not only is every property package tailored to the client, so too is the service package. Working with you to establish exactly what is needed, the mix of services incorporated can be planned down to the very last detail. Things aren’t set in stone, however. We’re flexible, and will happily add extra things – or tweak existing services – as and when they are needed.

What Do We Offer?

The question is: what don’t we offer? We are available to fulfil every requirement, want, need or whim of the client (within reason, obviously). We provide services to help make a client’s work life run more smoothly (transport to and from the workplace, fast-speed broadband, reservations for client entertaining…) as well as their leisure time (tickets to attractions, tours of the local area, sports-equipment hire…).

We also look at services and facilities within each property – such as the furnishings, kitchen equipment, child-friendly features and ‘infotainment’/entertainment items – to ensure each client’s needs are fully catered for.

No Unnecessary Costs

If somebody accidentally put some of their items in your supermarket trolley, you wouldn’t pay for them when it came time to checkout, would you? You’d surely ask the cashier to kindly put them back on the shelves. So why should you pay for what someone else may want when it comes to finding the right accommodation? No two clients are the same, and we believe it’s extremely important as part of our service that each one can select only the elements that are important to them, and not be saddled with costs for things they don’t actually require. Just ask us to ‘put things back on the shelf’ and we will oblige.
