The Corporate Housing Partnership works with insurance companies and loss adjusters to find suitable accommodation for their clients when their homes become uninhabitable. While their property is being repaired, we’ll make our guests so comfortable in their temporary home, it’ll feel like a lovely staycation.
Home From Home
Depending on the damage, it could take months on end for a home to be made liveable again. Accommodating those who have been displaced in a hotel isn’t a suitable solution – not enough space, too expensive, lack of kitchen facilities, no pets allowed – so we will find them a home from home, where they can go about their daily lives as usual.
Emergency Accommodation
When insurers or loss adjusters are seeking housing for their policyholders, it is usually required urgently and is classed as ‘emergency accommodation’. We have the knowledge, experience and contacts in the property industry to provide cost-effective solutions at short notice. Because when a family becomes homeless, there’s no time to waste.
One-Stop Solution
We won’t just provide a property and then leave guests to it. We will also supply any furnishings, set up utilities, arrange cleaning, contact maintenance people… whatever is required. Guests will already have enough to worry about after being uprooted from their home; we want them to know that, with The Corporate Housing Partnership, they are in safe hands.
Sympathy as Standard
We are not a faceless property company, but a collection of people who genuinely care about our guests. We understand the upset people feel when forced to move away from their home and, as such, are on hand to offer advice, sympathy, a cup of tea and tissues as necessary.
