Initial Consultation
We can meet in person, chat on the phone or correspond via email – whatever works for you – to discuss what you need in terms of accommodation and services. We will ask all the necessary questions to determine exactly what you’re after. Understanding the size, shape and scope of what you need is the first step in devising a suitable course of action. This initial consultation is free of charge and there is no obligation to engage our services if you feel we’re not the right fit for your organisation.
Gathering Information
If you decide that you would like us to formulate a proposal for you, we will spend time gathering as much information as we can regarding the accommodation you have used in the past – what you were pleased with, what challenges you faced, what you wish could have been done differently. This will allow us to establish your expectations and requirements for future properties. Armed with sufficient information, we would then analyse and evaluate various options to figure out the most advisable route.
Presenting a Plan
Having taken all factors into consideration, we will reach a conclusion as to the best solution for you. We will present a proposal, which will include recommendations of the accommodation we deem most suitable (whether that’s a mix of various properties, a couple or just the one), how we would implement the services you need, plus anything else that’s relevant. We may also suggest things that could make your life easier that perhaps you hadn’t considered – an online booking system, for example. We will work within your budget, always seeking cost savings where possible.
