Airport Collection
Isn’t it so much more pleasing to step off a plane and know that someone will be there to greet you with a smile and a sign with your name on? We can arrange any type of transport from the airport to the property – whether that’s a chauffeur-driven car, a taxi, a shuttle bus, car hire, a coach, a stretched limo, or maybe even a horse-drawn carriage if the guest is so inclined!
Tailored
Welcome Packs
We want our guests to feel instantly welcome when they step through the door of one of our properties. Enter the welcome pack. Filled with various basics and a few treats, each pack can be tailored to suit the specific wants, needs and tastes of our guests. Perhaps there’s a particular brand of chocolate they are keen on? They want alcohol-free beer in the fridge waiting for them – or champagne on ice? Or they’d appreciate the day’s newspaper? Whatever it is, just let us know and we’ll happily provide it.
Local Familiarisation
There’s a high chance that the guests we are putting up will be unfamiliar with the area. Rather than leave them scratching their heads and walking in circles, allow us to show them around. Depending on the length of their stay – and what they are up for – we can provide a local guidebook for them to explore at their leisure, organise a guided tour, or ask some friendly neighbours to offer insider tips and LK (local knowledge). The guests will find their bearings in no time… and perhaps even begin to feel like part of the community.
Hosted Guest Events
As your ‘host with the most’, we can organise events for guests, in whatever form is desired. Perhaps a wine and cheese evening? A trip to the local pub? A team-building day with archery, assault courses and all manner of other outdoorsy adventures? Guests may be staying for one week, one month or one year and, in that time, we want them to enjoy their stay as much as possible. If, however, ‘organised fun’ isn’t their thing, we get it. We’re certainly not going to force them to do anything they’re not keen on.
Whatever You Want, Just Ask
We are here to make things as comfortable, stress-free and enjoyable for guests as we can. So, if there’s anything they need (within reason, of course), all they have to do is ask and we will endeavour to deliver. Whether it’s a work-related request (sourcing a printer, booking a conference room, transport to the work site…) or for leisure (restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, entrance to local attractions…), we’re here to organise it.
