Now it’s time for a little less conversation, a little more action. With everything agreed, we will acquire all the necessary properties for rental and spruce them up as needed, ready for guests.

Once you have decided that our proposal is agreeable, we will dot the is and cross the ts – hashing out the finer details together – and then get the relevant paperwork drawn up. All bases will be covered in the contract so that there’s no room for misunderstanding.

Procuring the Properties

We will acquire the promised properties within the timeframe agreed. When everything is in order, we will begin the set-up stage, preparing each property for the arrival of guests. Anything that has been requested will be sourced and put in place. We take great care in ensuring that guests are suitably impressed when they step through the door of a Corporate Housing Partnership property – always aiming for the wow factor.

Ongoing Management

We are responsible for the management of each property and deal with the day-to-day running of things. We’ll respond to guest requests and queries, deal with maintenance issues, arrange the housekeeping, and implement the tailored service package requested. Our job is to make your job easier by keeping guests happy, comfortable and entertained.
